Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) seeks a Navy Acquisition Analyst to support the Navy customer and manage government furnished and contractor furnished equipment tasks. You will engage with government stakeholders, track progress, and help ensure milestones are met.

The role requires extensive experience in DOD/Navy programs, strong leadership, and proficient scheduling using Project and Excel to manage risk and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong PM principles.

Responsibilities

• Work with government stakeholders to support equipment delivery status, issues, risks, and tasking related to Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment.
• Communicate daily with government acquisition management team and brief tasking statuses.
• Manage customer expectations and coordinate with the team of acquisition analysts.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with government stakeholders to support government equipment delivery status, issues, risks, and other tasking related to Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment.
• Communicate daily with government acquisition management team. Brief out statuses of tasking.
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations
• Assist in management of team of acquisition analysts

Education and Experience Requirements

• Required BS in Engineering or Business Administration
• 14 years of experience in DOD/U.S. Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
• 10 years professional experience in program/project management in DOD acquisition or in Navy acquisition
• Experience communicating with government stakeholders
• 2 years Navy GFE or CFE management experience preferred
