Job summary

GreenXT is seeking a Junior Acquisition Analyst to assist in acquisition planning and contract management for Navy programs. This entry‑level role focuses on applying DoD policies and preparing briefing materials.

You will work under senior program staff, assist with milestone and progress reviews, and help ensure compliance with Navy acquisition guidance while developing baseline program knowledge and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
• 1-4 years’ experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 2 years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Employ the latest DoD and Navy policies and guidance relate to defense acquisition to execute tasking in accordance with these policies.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; and research and prepare responses to action items.
• Program and/or Progress Reviews
• Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Reviews.
• Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings.
