Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) seeks a Junior Acquisition Analyst to assist in acquisition planning and contract management in support of Navy/DoD programs.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and a background in program management or related fields. The successful candidate will work with a team of engineers and business professionals in the Washington, DC area, contributing to policy alignment, briefing preparation, and milestone reviews while supporting mission-critical defense

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.
• 1–4 years’ experience in program management or DoD/DoN acquisition management.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD and Navy acquisition policies to guide tasking.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; respond to action items.
• Support program reviews, milestone reviews, gate reviews, and logistics meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field.
• 1-4 years’ experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 2 years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance

Job Responsibilities

• Employ the latest DoD and Navy policies and guidance relate to defense acquisition to execute tasking in accordance with these policies.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; and research and prepare responses to action items. Examples are, but are not limited to, the following:
• Program and/or Progress Reviews
• Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Reviews.
• Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings.
