Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks a Maintenance and Material Management (3-M) Specialist to support CVN readiness in Norfolk, VA. This contingent role reports to the Program Manager and focuses on data analysis, process improvement, and readiness recommendations for 3-M operations.

You will review historical maintenance data, work with ROC SMEs, and help develop guidance for carrier readiness while traveling about 10%. A active secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required for consideration.
• HS Diploma required.
• 10 years' experience with the U.S. Navy 3-M within the last 5 years.
• 8 years' experience with Navy maintenance databases (NDE, OMMS-NG, MFOM).
• 10 years' experience analyzing and validating maintenance data, identifying systemic performance trends.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Travel about 10% travel.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, integrate, and analyze maintenance data to develop statistical, graphical, and text-based analyses of maintenance program effectiveness and equipment reliability trends.
• Analyze CVN 3-M program data to identify fleet-wide deficiencies and provide data-driven corrective-action recommendations to ROC leadership.
• Assess impact of deferred maintenance on carrier readiness and prioritize critical maintenance actions.
• Liaise with ROC SMEs to integrate 3-M data with logistics, manning, and training analyses.
• Support development of ROC metrics related to maintenance effectiveness.
• Develop draft recommendations for new Carrier Readiness guidance related to 3-M for Government review.
• Bid and proposal support if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
