INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks an HM&E specialist to advise on aircraft carrier hull, mechanical, and engineering systems for the CVN ROC.

You will analyze data, report trends, and provide readiness recommendations to CNAL leadership, with travel about 10% and a contingent placement in Norfolk, VA. The role requires CVN reactor operations experience, extensive HM&E coordination, and the ability to brief senior navy and civilian leaders on engineering status and repair options.

Formación

• Active security clearance required to be considered.
• CVN reactor operations experience is required.
• 10 years in shipboard HM&E systems coordination and repair.
• Proven ability to analyze engineering data and trends.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience briefing senior leaders on technical status.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze propulsion and engineering data to support readiness.
• Create visual tools showing CVN readiness for leadership.
• Track CASREPs, failures, and maintenance trends for ships.
• Assess casualty effects on equipment and recommend repairs.
• Brief ROC leadership on issues impacting deployment readiness.
• Develop carrier readiness guidance with COMNAVAIRLANT codes.
• Provide bid/ proposal support if requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
