Job summary

Mission Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Engineer Logistics 3 to support New Construction CVN Material History and Planned Maintenance System tasks. The role involves data capture, analysis, and coordination with US Navy and shipyards to ensure readiness.

The successful candidate will have Navy PMS experience, RCM certification, and the ability to obtain a Confidential clearance. Competitive benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field.
• 3 years relevant experience with Master’s in related field; 0 years with PhD/JD.
• Familiarity with Navy PMS practices and procedures in shipboard environments.
• Experience with PMS Scheduler (SKED), Current Ships Maintenance Project (CSMP) entries and reviews.
• Working knowledge of Naval Standard Items, NSTMs and JFMM requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain base access and a Confidential Clearance.
• RCM Level I and II certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Works from developed procedures and guidelines.
• Perform Ship Checks, to capture nameplate data and other information for AMHCD development.
• Capture nameplate data from reports/ship visits and transcribe into an Excel Spreadsheet for AMHCD records.
• Reviews field support requirements and recommends tools and test equipment.
• Establish calibration requirements for field systems/equipment.
• Assist in development of maintenance engineering and logistics support products (FMEA, LORA).
• Perform RCM Level I and II Analysis of systems or equipment.
• Engage with US Navy and Shipyard in meetings to discuss ongoing work, coordination, and issues.
• Identify potential project risks to schedule or technical criteria.
• Assist with plans and reviews schedules for PMS projects including PMS pages and maintenance cards.
