Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• Ten years of distance support and onboard C5ISR repair experience.
• Experience with CVN combat systems maintenance, modernization, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide CASREP response and status tracking for C5ISR equipment.
• Analyze C5ISR ICAVs and provide disposition recommendations to TYCOM and Ship's Force.
• Review ship CSMP, maintenance plans, and estimate man-hours for corrective actions.
• Present technical analysis in meetings and support readiness metrics.
• Suggest policy changes related to combat systems readiness and new shipboard programs.
• Contribute to ROC readiness analyses and support bid/proposal efforts.
