Qualifications

• Active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
• HS Diploma required for eligibility.
• Five years' experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing maintenance/logistics data.
• Experience with Navy maintenance databases and data retrieval tools.
• Experience coordinating ICAV events and reporting through calendars and meetings.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CRC Coordinator for the ROC Manager and SMEs/Specialists, collaborating with CNAP/CNAL and external stakeholders to analyze maintenance data.
• Provide administrative review and tracking of ROC policies to ensure compliance with instructions.
• Maintain CRC calendars and manage Teams accounts for collaboration.
• Create Excel-based reports with pivot tables and translate information into dashboard summaries.
• Oversee maintenance data processing and summarize weekly events into executive reports.
• Provide feedback to improve data quality and CVN processes; support bid/proposal activity if requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
