Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and production.
• Strong communication and leadership across multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and technical oversight of design activities.
• Manage the technical team during design, manufacturing, assembly and testing of Naval products.
• Prepare cost estimates and review proposals for customers.
• Develop engineering competencies through hiring and development strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Office, Operations and Business Management to meet goals.
