Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 8+ years exp; MS with 6+ yrs; PhD with 4+ yrs
• On-site Annapolis, MD campus
• Experience with FEA tools, bolted joint analysis, and structural hand calculations
• Proficient in 3D CAD software

Responsibilities

• Concept development, problem solving, design development, and hardware integration/testing
• Translate customer requirements into system solutions considering schedule, cost constraints
• Work on underwater/naval systems (torpedoes, UUVs, ROVs, sonar) and related programs
• Collaborate in a team to achieve project goals and communicate effectively
