Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical or equivalent STEM) with 12+ years of experience; MS with 10 years; PhD with 8 years.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software for model creation and review.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis tools and structural calculations.

Responsibilities

• Concept development and technical planning for hardware integration.
• Translate customer requirements into system solutions considering schedule and cost.
• Collaborate on underwater/naval systems including UUVs, ROVs, sonar, and subsystems.
• Lead teamwork, prioritization, and multitasking to meet project goals.
• Communicate technical results clearly, both verbally and in writing.
