Serco is seeking an Engineer in Arlington, VA to support complex Navy programs as a prime contractor. This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The engineer will assist in drafting technical manuals, design reports, and analyses while coordinating with the engineering team and government stakeholders. Responsibilities include program management support, tracking workloads, and performing engineering computations across the acquisition

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
Professional experience can substitute for a degree with minimum 5 years of specific work experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Mansioni

Provide basic program management support in scheduling, tracking metrics, and cost estimating.
Assist customer with coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
Draft, edit, and verify technical manuals, craft specifications, and design reports.
Perform testing, evaluation, and engineering computations and analyses.
Provide production support for documentation defining baseline craft and modifications.
