Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in naval/defense projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support in scheduling, metrics, and cost estimating.
• Assist with coordinating meetings and tracking action items.
• Track workload and flag priority issues for customer attention.
• Update team planning tools and navigate engineering processes.
• Perform basic engineering work including analysis, testing, and calculations.
• Support documentation for baseline craft, changes, and testing.
