Responsibilities

Analyze and research structural specifications for metals, non-metallic or composite materials.
Understand damage tolerance, durability, design allowables and structural modeling.
Prepare technical submittals, drawings, and test procedures; manage departure requests.
Perform dynamic structural (shock) analyses using FEMAP/NASTRAN/Abaqus or similar tools.
Coordinate with design, test, construction teams and external customers.
Support shock and vibration qualification of equipment and foundation design.
