Job summary

Serco is hiring skilled professionals to join the CTII program in Newport News, VA, supporting cable, equipment, and C5ISR system installations on U.S. Naval ships.

You will fabricate and assemble electromechanical/electronic assemblies on site and work closely with customers and Serco teams to deliver high-technology solutions. Ideal candidates have shipyard experience and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, access shipyards, and travel up to 10% to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Shipyard or shipboard experience is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to access shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS).
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days a week and obtain required certifications.
• Experience in one of: Engineering Technician (2–10 yrs), Mechanical Assembler (2–10 yrs), Welder (5–10 yrs).
• Strong emphasis on safety and willingness to travel up to 10% to various sites.
