Job summary

Raytheon is seeking Systems Engineers to support Naval Radar programs at our Marlborough, MA facility. The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship, with onsite work and up to 50% travel to various locations including RTX sites and customer sites.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following: systems hardware, systems integration, and/or systems test.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 50% to support mission execution at local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations.
• Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world environments.
• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and evaluate functionality and impact.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements and resolve system issues.
• Document integration plans, verify requirements, and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain eligibility to obtain and retain a U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
