ORBIS Inc. seeks a senior Program Analyst to support NAVSEA TEAM SUB submarine program offices, including PMS 397, PMS 450, PMS 351, and SEA 05Z. The role involves collecting and analyzing information, interviewing managers, developing solutions, and presenting findings to government sponsors.

Desirable candidates have 10+ years in DOD ACAT ID program management, Navy submarine program experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with DOD ACAT ID Acquisition Program Management.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage large teams.
• Experience leading Navy programs or submarine acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make government recommendations.
• Analyze data such as revenues, employment, and cost performance.
• Interview managers and employees and observe operations.
• Develop solutions and understand organizational dynamics and culture.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models and report findings to the Government.
• Draft documentation and interface with end-item customers.
