Job summary

Serco is seeking a Project Manager to lead PORTS program efforts in support of the U.S. Navy. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements.

The role requires leadership, DoD familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 10%. You will work with Navy customers and internal Serco teams to deliver high‑quality simulation-based training systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience including profit and loss
• Experience with software development projects
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing PORTS projects
• Liaise between Program Manager, Customer and project team
• Review project status, budgets, schedules and prepare reports
• Ensure DoD requirements and quality objectives are met
• Attend meetings and brief Navy customers on status
• Identify and resolve project issues to meet goals
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects
