Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) is seeking a Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Maritime to support Navy training modernization efforts.

This role manages Manpower and Training plans for ship modifications and lifecycle maintenance, coordinating with NAVSEA and government stakeholders to develop MPT impact recommendations. The position requires an active DoW Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of Navy ship/training systems experience, along with strong technical writing and MS

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Navy-related experience.
• Strong technical writing and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, review, and oversee documentation for MPT plans from ship modifications and life-cycle maintenance.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, Ship Class Managers, and government entities on MPT impacts.
• Develop MPT impact recommendations for comprehensive MPT plans.
• Assist with SCDs for ship alterations and upgrades.
• Provide training evaluation input to SRBs and support ILS certificates teams.
• Provide periodic status reports in customer formats.
