Job summary

Vectrona, LLC is seeking an experienced Management Analyst II to provide analytical and administrative support for Navy surface ship maintenance, modernization, and repair programs. The role focuses on analyzing maintenance data, forecasting costs, and improving planning and execution of ship availabilities.

The ideal candidate will leverage Navy systems and business practices to support strategic decision making, resource allocation, and operational readiness, with a Secret security clearance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered where permitted by the contract.
  • Minimum five years of experience supporting surface ship modernization, maintenance, and repair programs.
  • Experience with Navy maintenance policies, procedures, and planning processes.
  • Proficiency with Navy maintenance databases and related systems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data using Navy maintenance systems to support planning and decision making.
  • Perform historical and predictive analyses to identify trends and improve maintenance planning.
  • Develop maintenance forecasts, cost estimates, and performance metrics for PMO.
  • Prepare and review reports and official correspondence per Navy standards.
  • Evaluate processes, staffing, workload, and maintenance documentation for efficiency.
