Engineering Services Network (ESN) is seeking a Junior Data Analyst located onsite at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA. The role supports management on government programs, performing data, statistical, and financial analytics to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• (Recommended) Experience with U-NNPI, P-OMMS and CSMP programs and databases
• Knowledge of Maintenance and Modernization of Navy ships.

Responsibilities

• Support development, revisions and validation of program office documentation such as the Aircraft Carrier Class Maintenance Plan (ACCMP) manual.
• Support development and management of the Class Maintenance Plan (CMP) and Baseline Availability Work Packages (BAWP) for life‑cycle maintenance during aircraft carrier availabilities.
• Conduct end‑of‑availability reviews to validate completion of BAWP items.
• Update maintenance history databases with AWP completion data including financial and material history.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, TYCOM, NSA, RPPY, PPPY, PPEA, Industrial Activities and Ship's Force.
• Review CSMP data to support advance planning, CMP refinement and budget development.
• Identify and remove U-NNPI information from CSMP files.
• Develop and maintain metrics.
