Job summary

Envisioneering Inc. seeks a Fleet Command Liaison to support prioritization, validation, adoption, and integration of new Navy technologies.

The role provides direct interface with operational users across DoN commands to translate needs into feasible engineering solutions and warfighter-focused capabilities. The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, senior DoN experience, and a proven ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams to drive capability submissions, planning, and testing in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical/scientific discipline (e.g., systems engineering, computer science).
15+ years of senior military experience for the DoN.
Experience liaising with senior FO/SES leadership.
Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Familiarity with test planning and execution.
Experience supporting DoW acquisition or test programs.
Participation in fleet exercises and at-sea operations.
Senior engineering or acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

Represent the DONRCO for Fleet adoption, warfighter engagement, and integration at DoN commands.
Interface for the DoN Rapid Capabilities Office and Fleet commanders for concepts/capabilities development.
Source and track Navy/USMC problems related to defense strategy and execution.
Facilitate capability submissions through DoN operational organizations.
Support development of Urgent Acquisition documents for DONRCO projects.
