Job summary
Envisioneering, Inc. seeks an energetic Systems Engineer to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) in managing and advancing its Science and Technology portfolio.
You will provide technical assistance, systems engineering, and programmatic support to help ONR Program Officers develop, manage, and transition priority Naval Space S&T initiatives. You will connect commercial ecosystems—SBIR/STTR, VC-backed startups, and IRADs—to Navy priorities, track milestones, evaluate performers, and
Qualifications
- PhD with 4+ years in math/engineering/physics or MS with 6+ years in related sciences.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist ONR program officers in developing S&T strategies and roadmaps.
- Draft KCOs and SOWs and manage technical portfolios.
- Track milestone schedules and evaluate performer performance.
- Support systems integration, evaluations, and system optimization.
- Analyze requirements and transition pathways for space tech.
- Engage SBIR/STTR, VC-backed startups, and IRAD portfolios.
- Coordinate with military R&D, industry, academia, and warfare centers.
- Deliver high-impact briefings and technical presentations.
