Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a STEM field.
• 7+ years in design, development, and DoD software systems.
• Experience deploying Navy software/hardware in mission-critical envs.
• Strong system integration and test in distributed/tactical systems.
• Experience leading and coordinating test activities in the field.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers; set priorities and foster technical excellence.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and success criteria.
• Architect and design scalable hardware/software systems for DoD missions.
• Oversee program execution; forecast skills, manage procurement, ensure schedule.
• Guide deployment, installation, and operation of complex systems; troubleshoot live events.
• Analyze data and feedback to drive design decisions and corrective actions.
• Ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence; collaborate with sponsors.
