Job summary

Arcfield in Washington, DC seeks a highly experienced Operational Systems Group Assistant Program Manager and Fleet Operations Lead Integration Engineer to join the Navy Strategic Systems Programs Re-Entry Systems Branch. This role requires deep knowledge of nuclear weapon programs, submarine fleet operations, and DoD delivery platforms to lead complex integration activities.

You will manage a small team of engineers, chair working groups with external stakeholders, and translate technical data

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience, or Master’s with 6–8 years, or PhD with 3–5 years in a related field.
Active Top Secret clearance required.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and chair formal working groups with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary right hand to the Programs Manager, providing high level operational support.
Direct complex engineering efforts involving integration of warhead systems into air frames and launch platforms.
Translate complex data into actionable executive briefings for senior civilians and high-ranking military officials.
Lead engineering projects ensuring compliance with government standards and mission priorities.
Facilitate collaboration across Project Officer Groups, SSP branches, and external stakeholders.
