In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and execute the integration of hardware and software solutions within a secure IT environment that supports the Unmanned Underwater Vehicle Operations Center (UUVOC) . Working closely with government leadership and cross functional technical teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring complex systems are successfully integrated, tested, and deployed in support of critical Navy missions. What You'll Do As a Systems Engineer, you will: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of hardware and software integration efforts within a secure IT environment. Translate complex technical concepts into concise, actionable documentation and communications for both technical and nontechnical audiences. Support the full system lifecycle, including integration planning, system testing, phased deployments, implementation, and transition activities. Document technical designs, integration plans, implementation activities, and system configurations. Facilitate technical working groups, coordinate across multiple stakeholder organizations, and help drive issue resolution and technical decision making. Help ensure integration activities align with cybersecurity, operational, and mission requirements. Support end user training and knowledge transfer activities during system implementation. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited program in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree from an ABET accredited program in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline with 2+ years of experience.
