Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Experienced Financial Systems Analyst to support NAVSEA SEA 04 at the Navy Yard, Washington D.C. This role requires transferring and maintaining an Interim DoD Secret clearance and being onsite five days a week.

You will consolidate POM briefs, validate IT requirements in FYDP, and prepare financial materials for CFO leadership meetings. The position emphasizes DoD budgeting, cost analysis, and close coordination with program offices and NEPS.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transfer/maintain an Interim DoD Secret or DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of experience in a Financial or Management Discipline or similar/related experience.
• Experience using the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning System (N-ERP).
• Experience creating presentations, Intermediate level experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, analyzing and consolidating POM program briefs into a POM Briefing notebook.
• Capture, validate and submit all IT requirements throughout the FYDP.
• Support CFO meetings with SEA 04 BFM community and develop meeting minutes.
• Liaison between SEA 04 program offices and the NEPS project office; communicate with SAMs.
• Analyze SEA 04 programs' financial execution and prepare materials for CFO leadership meetings.
• Maintain SEA 04 Unfunded Requirements Tracker and coordinate with program offices to mitigate shortfalls.
• Manage the annual SEA 04 COB and track COB execution status.
• Prepare briefing slides and materials for corporate execution reviews.
• Assist program managers with budget planning summaries and execution.
