Job summary

Blackwatch International Corporation seeks an Analyst, Financial Systems (ANFS) – Low Mid to support NAVSEA PMS 470 contract in the DC area. The role requires an active SECRET clearance and U.S. citizenship. You will advise on annual budgets and analyze financial processes for Navy programs.

The position is full-time, based in the DC Metro Area, offering opportunities to work with PBIS, ERP systems, and data warehouses while coordinating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in budgeting/financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Preferred: PBIS, Navy ERP, NAVSEA EDW experience and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and technical assistance in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Measure organizational performance and assess the effect of programs on the budget.
• Analyze budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and objectives.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to review funding options and program tradeoffs.
• Develop guidelines governing budget formulation and maintenance; train personnel.
