Qualifications

• Must have DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience, or an associate with 8 years, or a high school diploma with 10 years.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel) and Power Platform analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, execution, and operational insight support to help transition and structure CHENG within DRPM/PAE Undersea.
• Manage personnel transition and organizational change, track commitments and actions, and prepare communications.
• Maintain action trackers, coordinate across stakeholders, and deliver metrics reports and data packages.
• Develop, review, and deliver periodic metrics across DRPM/PAE Undersea directorates.
• Ensure reports are exportable and accessible across reporting structures, including governance boards.
• Provide staff support to DRPM CHENG and collaborate with government leads for alignment.
