Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Engineering Metrics Management Support professional to support the US Navy’s Team Submarine CHENG program. The role emphasizes engineering work products, workflow prioritization, and metrics reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will hold a DoW Secret clearance, possess a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years or equivalent experience, and demonstrate advanced MS Office and Power Platform analytics skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
• Advanced data analytics skills including Power Apps and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, execution, and operational insight support for DRPM CHENG within the DRPM/PAE Undersea organization.
• Maintain a structured action-tracking process and coordinate across stakeholder organizations.
• Develop, review, and deliver periodic metrics across DRPM/PAE Undersea directorates.
• Ensure reports are exportable and accessible across organizational reporting structures.
