Job summary

Qualifications

• DoW Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Advanced data analytics with Power Apps and Power BI.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication; meet tight deadlines.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, execution, and operational insight to transition and realign CHENG within DRPM/PAE Undersea.
• Support personnel transition, change management, and tracking of engineering commitments.
• Maintain action trackers, metrics reports, and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Develop, review, and deliver DRPM/Undersea metrics and data inputs.
• Ensure reports are exportable across organizational structures and drive risk mitigation.
• Provide staff support to develop and field CHENG effort, including briefings and roadmaps.
• Support digital tools development (Action Tracker, Power Apps) and executive visualizations.
