Qualifications

• A bachelor of science or higher degree in an engineering discipline is desired.
• Seven or more years of experience in conducting systems engineering and leading technical teams throughout the lifecycle.
• A Master of Science degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Understanding of military specifications and requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support NUWC Division, Keyport across multiple departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, and control TT&E and readiness assessment.
• Provide systems engineering and lifecycle support for naval systems.
• Lead technical teams and apply engineering leadership across programs.
