Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have DoW Secret security clearance eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Associate degree with 8+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• High school diploma with 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Advanced data analytics skills including Power Apps/PowerBI.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, execution, and operational insight to assist DRPM and CHENG within DRPM/PAE Undersea.
• Coordinate personnel transition and change management; track commitments and actions; prepare communication materials.
• Maintain structured action-tracking; coordinate across stakeholders; produce metrics reports and data packages.
• Develop, review, and deliver periodic metrics across DRPM/PAE Undersea directorates.
• Assist in developing metric reports, timelines, and data inputs; ensure data pedigree and accuracy.
• Ensure reports are exportable and accessible across organizational structures and boards.
• Provide staff support to DRPM CHENG for development and fielding efforts; coordinate governance structures.
• Prepare briefing materials; draft implementation roadmaps; provide progress updates to senior leadership.
• Support includes governance, lifecycle management, and Power Platform data analytics integration.
• Scope includes daily intake, triage, tasking, tracking, and closeout of CHENG commitments; develop digital tracking tools; create executive visuals for reviews.
