Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC seeks a Construction Manager to support NAVFAC MIDLANT at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA. The CM provides technical leadership across all construction phases on diverse projects.

The role requires deep field experience, coordination with government and contractor teams, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance while maintaining project quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Field Engineer or QCM on commercial/industrial facilities or similar.
• ABET/NAAB degree requirements; PE/RA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-final drawings for constructability and field compatibility.
• Attend and document pre-bid site visits and meetings.
• Coordinate post-award meetings, QC, design reviews, and weekly progress meetings.
