Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC is hiring a Construction Manager to support NAVFAC Kittery at the Naval Shipyard Kittery, ME. The CM will provide technical services across all construction phases for various projects within the AOR.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, leading meetings, managing RFIs, budgets, schedules, and coordinating government and contractor teams to ensure compliant, timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Construction Manager, Project Manager, Field Engineer, or QCM on large facilities.
• Professional registration on PE/RA desirable but not required.
• ABET/NAAB or related accredited degree as listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specs for constructability and field conditions.
• Attend pre-bid site visits and document questions.
• Coordinate post-award meetings and QC coordination activities.
• Review submittals and ensure timely approvals per contract requirements.
• Manage RFIs and timely responses per contract.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and corrective actions to avoid overruns.
• Provide technical solutions and field-change recommendations with no scope impact.
• Support IPT PM and PCAS activities and government liaison communications.
• Coordinate installation of Govt furnished equipment and collaterals.
