Job summary

Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to support NAVFAC Kittery at the Naval Shipyard Kittery, ME. The CM will provide technical services across all construction phases on diverse projects within the AOR.

The CM must review drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, coordinate with contractor teams, engineers, and government staff to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years as Construction Manager/PM on large facilities or waterfront projects.
• Engineering concepts and construction practices understanding.
• PE/RA desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-final drawings and specs for constructability and field conditions.
• Attend pre-bid site visits and document questions.
• Coordinate post-award kickoff, preconstruction, and QC meetings.
• Review contractor submittals and manage RFIs per contract requirements.
• Monitor budget, schedule, and cost growth; take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with IPT PM, government staff, and contractor teams.
