Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Construction Engineering Support professional to join Team Submarine In-service Program Office in support of Navy programs.

The role requires technical rigor, security clearance eligibility, and collaboration across engineering teams to ensure submarine construction and integration are conducted to plan. The successful candidate will provide fluid systems engineering support, perform cost/schedule/risk analyses, prepare briefs for decision makers, and participate in IPTs.

Qualifications

• US DoW Secret clearance eligibility required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2+ years experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and fluid systems support to the program office.
• Advise on technical and programmatic issues related to RDT&E.
• Analyze cost, schedule, risk, and effectiveness for total systems.
• Prepare briefs for decision makers, including unclassified and classified.
• Attend IPT meetings and collaborate with teams.
