Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Boiler Technician to join their Navy-supporting client in Indian Head, Maryland. This on-site, full-time role runs 7:30–3:30, Monday to Friday, with duties to operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems (pumps, valves, piping, and controls).

You will conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to keep boilers safe, and troubleshoot and repair auxiliary systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience.
• high school diploma or equivalent.
• valid boiler operator or boiler technician certification or license.
• ability to obtain DoD secret security clearance - previous federal building experience.
• associates degree or higher in facilities maintenance or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boiler systems (pumps, valves, piping, and controls).
• Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance to ensure boilers operate safely.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair auxiliary system issues.
