Qualifications

• 3+ years of boiler service in a commercial/industrial environment.
• 4+ years of practical HVAC experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Must be able to travel to multiple job sites as assigned.
• Must adhere to all company policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Service boilers and equipment for commercial/industrial customers.
• Troubleshoot, test, repair, maintain or modify heating systems and equipment (steam/hot water).
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, and modifications per customer requests.
• Prepare on-site installation and repairs by examining layout and coordinating work.
