Job summary

Fathom Robotics seeks a dedicated 3-M/PMS Maintenance Coordinator to convert repair-level analyses into NAVY-standard maintenance documentation for a fleet of small USVs. You will translate technical findings into actionable MRCs and manage scheduling and tracking using SKED/CMMS tools, collaborating closely with reliability engineers and stakeholders.

You will interact with government customers, ensure COSAL alignment, and contribute to ongoing maintenance program documentation.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience administering a Navy 3-M/PMS program.
• Working knowledge of MRC writing and formatting conventions and SKED scheduling logic.
• Comfort translating technical engineering findings into Navy-standard maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate repair-level determinations into properly formatted MRCs per Navy 3-M conventions.
• Check existing MIPs/MRCs and coordinate with ILS and Technical Feedback Reports.
• Maintain maintenance accountability tracking and long-term outlook per Navy conventions.
• Administer 3-M/PMS docs and scheduling using SKED or CMMS-based approaches.
• Develop Technical Procedures Manuals aligned with Navy 3-M conventions.
• Coordinate with reliability engineering and dashboard teams on docs and status.
• Support COSAL alignment and provisioning conventions for small craft sustainment.
• Engage Government stakeholders on 3-M program reviews and acceptances.
