Job summary

Core Services Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance, Material Management, and Logistics Subject Matter Expert to support the U.S. Navy in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Navy 3-M system and have served as a Navy Command 3-M Coordinator.

This position involves significant onsite training and assessments, contributing to ship readiness and operations. Candidates must hold a Secret security clearance and have familiarity with Navy logistics and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years supervisory experience in analyses and technical projects.
• Extensive experience using and managing the Navy 3-M system.
• Experience as Navy Command 3-M Coordinator (3-MC).
• Knowledge of Navy quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct ship training visits.
• Compile training resources for ship systems and programs.
• Conduct comprehensive material condition assessments.
• Advise ship's leadership on maintenance practices.
