Qualifications

• Engineering degree from a recognized school or college accredited by the accreditation board for engineering & technology.
• Valid certificate as Engineer‑In‑Training issued by the State Licensing Board.
• At least 1 year of engineering‑related experience.

Responsibilities

• Work under the general direction of a registered professional engineer.
• Perform design calculations.
• Utilize Computer Aided Drafting Design (CADD) to assist with design work.
• Prepare construction plans for Abandoned Mine Land reclamation projects.
• Obtain and assist staff in obtaining applicable permits.
• Conduct inspection oversight of AML project construction as needed.
