Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Natural Resources Consultant for the Texas & Louisiana region to join our Earth & Environment Team. You will support a variety of natural resources, environmental permitting, and ecological assessments across the Gulf South while collaborating with scientists, planners, and engineers to navigate regulatory challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 3-5 years supporting natural resources or ecological projects.
• Experience with field surveys and environmental permitting.
• Familiarity with wetland regulations and endangered species considerations.
• Knowledge of federal/state environmental regulations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in natural resources and permitting projects.
• Conduct field investigations and biological assessments.
• Evaluate environmental impacts to wetlands and wildlife habitat.
• Prepare technical reports and permit applications.
• Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders for compliance.
