Job summary

The Alliance Center is seeking an experienced project engineer/manager to supervise gas and liquid facility projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum five years of direct work experience in engineering or project management for natural gas or hazardous liquid pipeline or facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative for operational, commercial, expansion, and development projects.
• Provide preliminary scopes, estimates and budgeting details.
• Coordinate bidding to ensure competitive costing.
• Manage projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Interface with customers, regulators, and project staff to ensure safe, compliant operations.
