The position offers location flexibility within the U.S., with travel 30–40% to project sites nationwide and proximity to hubs like Radnor, Houston, or Independence, OH.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
• 7+ years of design and capital project experience in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of small capital projects (< $30M) from FEED through handover.
• Coordinate Design Authorities across disciplines to validate solutions.
• Oversee RFIs, change orders, and contractor oversight to ensure scope and schedule adherence.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
