Job summary

Sprague's Portsmouth, NH office seeks a Natural Gas Business Analyst to analyze and document current processes, propose enhancements to stakeholders, and translate requirements into actionable user stories for production systems.

You will collaborate with the BA Manager and developers, design improved workflows using contemporary apps, test additions, and help with deployment and training to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in energy strongly preferred.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 applications, esp. Excel.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing processes and procedures for inefficiencies, documentation gaps, and data clarity.
• Identify stakeholders and empower users to influence improvements.
• Document current state workflows and validate with managers and owners.
• Design improved workflows using contemporary applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure applications align with business knowledge.
• Create functional scripts to test app enhancements and oversee deployments.
