Qualifications

• Two years’ experience acquiring, assembling, and interpreting research & technology information.
• Knowledge of S&T information sources in defense, academia, media, and ministries.
• Experience interpreting future S&T and EDT to advise military use cases.
• Practical use of PC office automation and internet research.

Responsibilities

• Identify new EDTs and catalogue existing ones.
• Assess EDT implications and adoption opportunities for the Warfare Development Agenda.
• Promote EDT-based experimentation in realistic environments.
• Coordinate input to EDT activities within ACT S&T POW and related programmes.
• Influence EDTs addressing capability shortfalls for ACT staff and partners.
• Produce EDTs advice for strategic foresight, NDPP, and capability development.
• Educate HQ SACT staff on EDT opportunities and risks.
• Organize a knowledge base on EDT adoption across ACT, NATO, and stakeholders.
• Act as a member of the Innovation Branch and perform duties as directed.
