Job summary

Boeing Global Services seeks Field Service Representatives to support NATO E-3 AWACS FLEP in Geilenkirchen, Germany. This on-site, long-term role focuses on mission systems software, SATCOM, and field engineering, with hands-on ISS support and on-the-job training for maintenance teams.

You will deploy to various locations, travel as needed, and perform installation, fault isolation, and configuration tasks.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in avionics and aerospace systems troubleshooting.
Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings.
5+ years preferred in NAS/NetApp, SATCOM or AWACS related platforms.
U.S. passport and readiness to deploy internationally.

Responsibilities

Providing technical guidance in the normal operation and maintenance of E-3 NATO FLEP aircraft mission systems, ground systems, and support equipment.
Supporting on-aircraft mission system hardware and software troubleshooting/reloads, as requested.
Serve as on-site technical expert and field service lead for NATO FLEP aircraft and ground systems (Operational and Development Systems).
Provide hands-on installation, configuration, and sustainment for Mission Computing OS/software loads and related systems.
Execute fault isolation, repair, replacement of FRUs, BIOS/CMOS troubleshooting, and checkout procedures in the field.
