Job summary

Boeing Global Services is seeking Field Service Representatives to support the Final Lifetime Extension Program for NATO E-3 AWACS at Geilenkirchen Air Base, Germany. This is an on-site, long-term assignment (up to 3 years) focusing on mission systems software and SATCOM, with potential short-notice travel worldwide.

Responsibilities include hands-on installation, troubleshooting, on-site leadership for NATO FLEP systems, and coordination with engineering for field deployments and testing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in avionics and aerospace systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings.
• 3+ years of experience with AEW&C or AWACS platforms.
• Willingness to deploy/travel to domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on installation, configuration and sustainment for mission computing OS/software loads and related systems.
• Troubleshoot mission systems hardware and software; perform fault isolation and repair.
• Serve as on-site technical expert and field service lead for NATO FLEP aircraft and ground systems.
• Coordinate with engineering on issues exceeding field authority and support ATP/acceptance tests.
