Job summary

ELTA North America (ELTA NA) seeks a Field Service Representative to serve as the primary technical interface with aerospace and defense customers. The role provides on-site support for installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training on complex systems, ensuring mission readiness and performance in domestic and international environments.

The candidate will travel extensively to customer sites, including military installations, and must hold or be able to obtain a DoD

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering, aerospace tech, electronics, or related field or equivalent military/industry exp.
Experience supporting aerospace/defense or mission-critical systems in field/maintenance roles.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and maintenance docs.
Familiarity with safety, QA standards, and defense industry practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site installation, integration, operation, and maintenance support for aerospace/defense systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, avionics, and software issues on complex systems.
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions per specs.
Deliver technical training to end-users and operators on site.
Document observations and actions in detailed service reports and liaise with engineering teams.
